Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

What personal data lixalistudio.tech processes, why, and the rights you have.

Scope

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit lixalistudio.tech, by whom and for what. It works together with our Terms of use.

The controller is LIXALI STUDIO, LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States — file number 10751478, registered office 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.

To reach us about your data: hello@lixalistudio.tech.

Information we collect

This site has no signup form, no account, no newsletter and no contact form — the only way to reach us is by email, and what you send us stays in your mailbox thread.

When you load a page, the following categories of information are necessarily processed to deliver it and keep the site secure: an online identifier (your IP address), and internet or other network activity (the URL you requested, your browser user agent, HTTP headers and the timestamp of the request).

This is generated by the infrastructure, not by a form you fill in. We do not collect your name, postal address, telephone number, payment information, precise geolocation or biometric data, and we do not read the contents of messages sent to you. We do not use the site to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use this information to serve the page you asked for, to keep the site available and secure, to detect and block abuse, and to produce aggregate traffic figures.

We do not use it for advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not follow you across other websites.

How we disclose it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

One service provider processes it on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts and protects this site, including its security logs. It is bound to use the information only to provide those services to us.

Cookies and tracking

We set no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no profiling cookie, and we load no third-party analytics. Typefaces are self-hosted from our own domain, so no font or CDN request is made to a third party.

Storage set by the platform is strictly necessary and first-party — for example a short-lived bot-management token (__cf_bm) set by our hosting provider. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings without affecting your access to the site.

This site does not respond differently to a “Do Not Track” browser signal, because it does not track you in the first place. Where a Global Privacy Control signal is sent, we honour it: there is nothing on this site to opt out of.

Retention

Technical logs are kept for the time needed to secure the service, in line with the retention policy of the hosting provider, then deleted or aggregated. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know whether we hold personal information about you and to receive a copy of it; to ask us to correct it; to ask us to delete it; to ask us to restrict its use; to receive it in a portable format; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Because this site processes only the technical information described above, the scope of what we can disclose or delete is limited to it.

These rights are granted, for example, by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and by the comprehensive privacy laws of other states, including the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act.

How to exercise your rights

Write to hello@lixalistudio.tech stating the right you wish to exercise. We will acknowledge your request and answer within the time the applicable law allows — generally 45 days, extendable once where the law permits.

We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will ask only for what is reasonable to match your request to the technical data we hold. You may designate an authorised agent to act for you, on written authorisation we can verify.

You will never be charged for exercising your rights, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to hello@lixalistudio.tech and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, with security headers applied at the edge. Access to the mailbox and to the repository is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Visitors outside the United States

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the information described above is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and its transfer to our hosting provider in the United States is framed by standard contractual clauses. You have the rights listed above, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Nothing in this policy removes a right that the law of your country of residence grants you.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date shown at the top. Questions about this policy: hello@lixalistudio.tech.
